GOT JOY? HAPPINESS GURU SHAWN ACHOR TO SPEAK AT VERINT ENGAGE 2018
Shawn Achor, founder, GoodThink, Inc. and author of Before Happiness and The Happiness Advantage, will be a keynote speaker at the Verint Engageglobal customer conference at the Sheraton Dallas HotelMay 14 – 17.
Achor will present “Big Potential: How Transforming the Pursuit of Success Raises Our Achievement, Happiness and Well-Being” on the morning of Wednesday, May 16.

Using big data and the findings from his research in 50 countries, Achor will show how pursuing success using an individual, self-focused approach can limit our progress. He’ll also outline a five-stage strategy for achieving interconnected success that the audience can apply at home and work for greater energy, productivity and success.
Achor’s presentation is just one highlight from an action-packed week that will include pre-conference workshops focused on key solution areas, along with user groups, networking opportunities, and a broad range of informative breakout sessions. Presenters from Allianz Worldwide Partners, Holland America Line, Navy Federal Credit Union, NRG Energy, PlumChoice, Premier Bankcard, and other organizations will highlight how they put Verint solutions to work to better serve their customers.
Conference attendees will have the opportunity to get a sneak peek at what Verint is planning for the future in the Product Innovation Zone. They can also share their perspectives on doing business with us in the Customer Experience Zone. The popular breakfast roundtables and Coffee Talk sessions will provide opportunities to share information and network, while the Solutions Lounge will offer a closer look at solutions from Verint and the event sponsors. And don’t forget Gilley’s Dallas! The namesake of country music legend Mickey Gilley and home of the movie Urban Cowboy, this festive environment will make for a memorable customer appreciation dinner.
The $695 conference rate has been extended through April 13, so register today to secure your spot. Discounts for groups and repeat attendees are available. Need help persuading your manager to allow you to attend? Just download the conference justification memo that you can easily customize.
